All firearm and lower receiver purchases require transaction through a Federal Firearms License dealer. F&D Defense will only ship firearms and lower receivers to a licensed FFL holder. You must provide F&D Defense (“F&D DEFENSE”) a copy of your preferred FFL dealer license number via email to [email protected] prior to having the rifle shipped. All items are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified, buyer pays shipping.
F&D DEFENSE recognizes Federal, State and Local laws regulating the sale and ownership of firearms and certain firearms components and munitions. F&D DEFENSE will not knowingly participate in any sale that violates any of these laws.
The customer is responsible to comply with all Federal, State and local laws prior to any purchase from F&D DEFENSE, regardless of whether purchased through the website or other method. “Pre-Ban” firearms and high capacity magazines are unavailable to California, Hawaii, Massachusetts and New Jersey customers, but appropriate modifications can be made by F&D DEFENSE in order to meet those State’s legal requirements for an extra fee. F&D DEFENSE will not ship firearms to Maryland, Connecticut, or New York. F&D DEFENSE does not accept orders for shipment(s) outside the United States at this time.
F&D DEFENSE reserves the right to limit production quantities to dealers, agencies and/or retail customers at its discretion unless expressly contracted otherwise. F&D DEFENSE also reserves the right to cancel orders (partially or entirely) at any time without prior notice if conditions require, and in accordance with the below procedures regarding refund of any deposits or partial and full payments. It is agreed that the purchase of any F&D DEFENSE product also constitutes a covenant not to compete with F&D DEFENSE by reverse engineering said product for the purpose of developing and marketing a competing product. Delivery times are estimated at the time of order and do not form a contractual obligation upon F&D DEFENSE. F&D DEFENSE does not accept returns unless authorized by the below prescribed Warranty Terms, or by Federal/State commerce laws.
F&D DEFENSE guarantees and warrants that the enclosed firearm was manufactured free of defects in material, workmanship and mechanical function. This warranty agreement confers the right to have the subject firearm or its parts repaired, adjusted or replaced as F&D DEFENSE determines is necessary and to pay transportation and insurance charges for return of the subject firearm to owner. Defects in material and workmanship claims apply only to factory built products; third party products are subject to that manufacturer’s warranty and must be claimed through that company.
This warranty standard constitutes the exclusive remedies of any authorized customer, as well as its successors.
This warranty standard relating to the above described warranty applies for the lifetime of the product.
Except as otherwise provided, the buyer agrees that this warranty is voided and F&D DEFENSE is not liable if the product has been damaged by: accident or neglect, careless handling, abuse or misuse, firing with an obstruction in the barrel, damage through failure to provide reasonable or necessary maintenance, or any use that may be determined as unreasonable by F&D DEFENSE. Unauthorized repair, adjustment, alteration or modification; defective, low quality, hand-loaded, or otherwise improper use of non-standard ammunition permanently voids this warranty. The limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of parts listed as such on the illustrated parts breakdown shown within this user manual.
Accuracy depends on various factors such as bullet weight, type, quality, powder load and type, operator technique, proper maintenance of action components and sights/scopes, environmental conditions and ammunition, among several other variables; therefore, F&D DEFENSE does not guarantee or warrant a specific group size or “MOA” to the customer as an operator; but rather through a standardized setup and procedure system operated and regulated by F&D DEFENSE. All F&D DEFENSE rifles are guaranteed capable of 1.0 MOA accuracy or better upon initial delivery from the factory.
F&D DEFENSE firearms are manufactured to perform properly with the original parts as designed. Your rifle is a complex, dynamic assembly with parts that must relate correctly to each other for proper and safe operation. Assembling a rifle incorrectly or with improper, modified or other manufacturers’ parts can result in damaged, personal injury or death from the firearm’s malfunction. A qualified gunsmith should work on your rifle or at least check any work not performed by a gunsmith prior to use. Failure to properly follow the user manual for maintenance and operation of your F&D DEFENSE firearm could void the warranty partially or entirely. It’s the customer’s responsibility to acquire the latest version user manuals from F&D DEFENSE and apply the manuals’ instructions accordingly.
See the illustrated parts breakdown of the user manual supplied with your rifle. Items listed as “consumable” are not warranted from damage or inoperability due to normal use and wear, but can be purchased as replacement or backup items from F&D DEFENSE. Components listed as “manufactured” or “modified” by F&D DEFENSE are warranted free from defect for the lifetime of the rifle through F&D DEFENSE, and replacement parts may be purchased directly from F&D DEFENSE.
In the event warranty or repair work is required on your F&D DEFENSE product, email F&D DEFENSE at [email protected]@fd-defense.com for an RMA number and retreive an Return Material Authorization form here: . When returning a product to F&D DEFENSE for repair or replacement, it is required to print and complete the RMA Form and send in to F&D DEFENSE with your returned item. F&D DEFENSE will cover the return shipping cost for all eligible claims. In the event of ineligible repairs and prior to shipping from F&D DEFENSE, the product owner must submit to F&D DEFENSE the return shipping costs (including insurance) within 30 days after email notification of warranty ineligibility, otherwise the product is subject to claim of ownership by F&D DEFENSE. If repairs are performed by F&D DEFENSE outside the limits of the specified warranty, F&D DEFENSE will charge and collect its normal shop-rate for labor at the rate of $90/hr and the cost of parts prior to returning the product. You will be allowed the opportunity to waive repair service prior to F&D DEFENSE performing any repair work.
Placing an order with F&D DEFENSE through this website creates a purchase agreement (“order”) between the seller (F&D DEFENSE) and buyer. Consideration of this agreement is expressly stated within the information specified on the ordering page and purchase order form including: identifying and contact information of the seller, product to be ordered, price, quantity, payment procedures & requirements, date and verification of agreement to these terms. E-mail confirmation will be sent to the buyer’s email address specifying the order details, excluding shipping/handling costs, FFL transfer fees and taxes (if applicable). If such an e-mail attempt is unsuccessful, F&D DEFENSE will contact the buyer via other provided contact information to confirm the order. If all contact methods fail, the seller and buyer are still presumed to perform on the order; however F&D DEFENSE reserves sole discretion of whether or not to cancel the order until contact has been made.
All sales final. No refunds on any purchases. Firearms will be serviced under warranty pursuant to the rest of the terms provided herein.

Orders that are canceled by the customer before shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5%.
The customer agrees, under no circumstances, shall F&D DEFENSE be liable for any damages whether general, special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential including but not limited to lost profits or loss of savings, costs of delay, economic loss or injury to property or to third parties, whether as a consequence of breaching any express or implied guarantee of warranty, negligence or otherwise based on contract, tort, common law or any other theory of liability, statute or regulation. The customer acknowledges potenetial for State or Federal law to prohibit the sale, manufacture, or transfer of F&D DEFENSE products. If the order becomes impossible for F&D DEFENSE to fulfill due to State or Federal regulation, the customer agrees to hold-harmless F&D DEFENSE against all claims and damages, including any full and partial payments on said orders. Since these funds are immediately applied to building the order, they cannot be returned to the customer upon impossibility for F&D DEFENSE to perform.
This agreement shall be governed exclusively by its terms and by the laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma as applied to contracts without regard to Federal or State rules concerning choice of law. The buyer hereby expressly consents and agrees to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Seminole County, Oklahoma with respect to any litigation arising out of or relating to this agreement, provided that we may bring an action to enforce our rights in any forum having jurisdiction. In the event we are required to incur any attorneys’ fees or other expenses in connection with enforcing or defending our rights under this agreement, the buyer shall reimburse F&D DEFENSE any and all fees subject to such lawful claims.
In the event that any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect and the provision held to be invalid or unenforceable shall be automatically amended to most closely approximate the original provision on terms that are valid and enforceable and the court or other adjudicating authority holding such provision invalid or unenforceable shall make such amendment accordingly.
This agreement reflects the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter presented by F&D DEFENSE. Any prior understandings, agreements or representations related to such subject matter are superseded by this agreement. This agreement controls any conflicting documents or information, including information on F&D DEFENSE’s website, and shall be the sole source of any obligations of F&D DEFENSE. F&D DEFENSE may modify the terms of this agreement by posting changes to this agreement on F&D DEFENSE’s website. No provision of this agreement may be amended, modified or waived except as provided in the foregoing sentence and with an expressed meeting of the minds between parties. The buyer agrees to occasionally review this agreement and comply with any changes. Continued performance on this order after F&D DEFENSE’s posting of any such changes further constitutes the buyer’s consent and acceptance of this agreement as modified.
